Your Role:
As our Client Support Setup Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in:
- Configuring and optimizing customer service platforms to meet client needs
- Enhancing implementation processes to deliver exceptional client service
- Creating and maintaining detailed setup tutorials and SOPs
- Auditing and optimizing platforms for peak performance
- Providing support to Onboarding Specialists with platform-related queries
- Reporting on progress and analytics to keep the team informed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, with an IT or Computer Science background preferred
- Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication
- Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. is a plus
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills
Technical Requirements:
Personal PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speed.
