Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure and lead the IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems, implementing new technologies, and supporting internal users. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, systems administration, and network maintenance.

• Lead and mentor IT staff, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.

• Ensure network and data security protocols are in place and updated.

• Plan and manage IT projects including system upgrades and migrations.

• Manage service desk operations and ensure timely support ticket resolution.

• Monitor and maintain IT budgets, software/hardware inventory, and vendor contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong technical background in networking, systems, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with IT project management and vendor coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ERP/CRM systems, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Background in [insert relevant industry, e.g., finance, education, healthcare].

Working Conditions:

• May include occasional after-hours support or on-call rotations.

• Hybrid or remote flexibility based on location and role responsibilities.
