Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing websites, enhancing organic search rankings, and improving overall web traffic. This role is crucial in driving our online presence and ensuring that our websites rank at the top of search engine results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize on-page content, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and images to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Off-Page SEO: Build and execute a comprehensive off-page SEO strategy, including link-building and outreach programs.
  • Technical SEO: Perform site audits, improve site speed, and implement technical SEO improvements such as schema markup and structured data.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic.
  • SEO Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track and report on SEO performance, traffic growth, and keyword rankings.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Continuous Optimization: Constantly monitor the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep the website optimized and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive SEO strategies across the entire web presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical and on-page optimization.
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze website performance and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic site modifications.
  • Experience with backlink analysis and link-building strategies.
  • Solid understanding of mobile-first indexing and responsive web design.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Analytics or SEO.
  • Knowledge of local SEO practices.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) is a plus.
