Technician at Chiayi Advanced Packaging Manufacturing Department

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor production line machines and production-related indicators through a fully automated computer dispatch system
2. Communicate and coordinate with relevant units to assist in handling abnormal product production situations such as machines and labor dispatch.
3. Clean room disassembly/packaging of wafer boxes, raw material inventory operations, machine panel operations, loading and unloading materials (including electronic components, hose chemicals)
4. Workplace: Huangguang Clean Room
5. Adopt four shifts and two shifts: two days of work and two days of rest
6. Required shifts: night shift for 5 months, day shift for 5 months
7. Shift work interval (including rest time): day shift-7:20AM~7:20PM; night shift-7:20PM~7:20AM the next day
8. The total monthly salary for the day shift is about 32,000 yuan; the total monthly salary for the night shift is about 43,000 yuan; they also enjoy dividend bonuses, and the average annual salary is more than 700,000 yuan

Job Qualifications

1. Graduated from high school (vocational) or above, regardless of major
2. Carefulness, team communication skills, self-learning ability, logical thinking ability
3. Basic English ability (machine interface), basic Office operations
4. No experience required, those with relevant experience are preferred
5. Can meet the company's needs, report to the Longtan/Zhunan/Taichung/Tainan factories and receive training for a period of 3 to 6 months. It is especially advantageous for those who return to the Chiayi factory after the training.
