What is a Referral Code and how does it work?

A referral code is a unique code provided by a registered Kemecon user. When a new user enters this code during sign-up or in the designated referral section, both parties will earn points.

To use a referral code:

1. Go to the Referral Code tab on your profile.

2. Enter the valid code shared by an existing Kemecon user.

3. Earn bonus points once the code is verified and accepted.

Please note: Only one referral code can be used per account, and the code must come from a verified user.

What are the points for?

Points allow you to access exclusive content in Kemecon’s Digital Library, including helpful resources, tools, and guides. Each digital item clearly displays how many points are needed to unlock it, so you can choose and use your points wisely.

What does "100% Work From Home" really mean?

A job is considered a true work-from-home opportunity if it is posted by a verified Job Provider offering a remote setup, whether fully remote or aligned with a nomadic lifestyle. Please note that Kemecon acts solely as a platform connecting Job Providers and Jobseekers. We do not guarantee or validate the content of job posts. Always exercise caution when applying.

Is Kemecon focused only on Virtual Assistant or part-time side hustles?

Not at all! While many job listings are part-time, Kemecon also features full-time, onsite, and hybrid roles. Our goal is to support diverse earning goals by giving Job Providers the flexibility to offer various types of opportunities, and Jobseekers a wide range of choices.

What does Kemecon mean by “No Scams”?

We take scam prevention seriously. All Job Providers are required to undergo two-step verification (email and mobile number), while Jobseekers must verify their email. To use the platform fully, either posting a job or applying, you must also complete your profile. Although we work hard to maintain a safe environment, we still encourage users to remain cautious and report any suspicious activity.

What does "Filtered by Real Humans" mean?

Every job listing goes through a manual review by our Kemecon team to ensure authenticity. We actively filter spam and encourage all users to verify their contact information and complete their profiles. This helps highlight their credibility and skills while keeping the community secure. Without a verified email and/or mobile number, users cannot access key site features.

Why is there a warning about social engineering and being vigilant?

The caveat is a reminder for everyone using Kemecon. Both Jobseekers and Job Providers should stay alert and practice due diligence. Scams can affect either side, so always review job posts or applicant details carefully and avoid sharing personal information through external platforms.

Does Kemecon ever send emails or text messages with links or group invites (e.g., to Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram)?

Absolutely not. Kemecon will never send unsolicited messages, group invites, or clickable links via email or SMS. These are likely phishing attempts. If you receive such messages claiming to be from us, do not engage. Always prioritize your safety and report suspicious content immediately.

Kemecon no longer offers a free trial for Job Providers. However, you can get started with our Basic Plan for only $4.99, which allows you to post up to 3 job listings valid for 30 days. It’s a great way to explore the platform and connect with potential candidates using our in-app messaging and video calling features. To unlock premium features and maximize your hiring potential, consider upgrading to our Silver or Gold Plans.

Can remote Job Providers post their job openings?
