Job Description
PVHR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with HR-related duties to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in HR functions such as maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior HR experience is a plus but not required.
