Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in electronic databases and spreadsheets. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in data input.

Responsibilities:

1. Enter data from various source documents into electronic databases or spreadsheets.

2. Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.

3. Review and correct any errors in data entries.

4. Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.

5. Organize and maintain files and records of data.

6. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.

7. Assist in data cleanup and validation projects.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity.

9. Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Strong attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Good organizational and time management skills.

6. Strong communication skills.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
