Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and organization of company records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

  • Review and correct discrepancies in data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform regular data backups and maintain organized digital records.

  • Retrieve and compile data reports as requested by management.

  • Follow data privacy and security protocols to ensure confidentiality.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document organization.

  • Communicate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in data entry is a plus).

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

  • Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
