Flag urgent messages and delegate emails to the appropriate team members.

Implement email management best practices to improve efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and data security in all email communications.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email management, administrative support, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
