We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Remote Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
