The Role
Consulting Services practice teams advocate for and build relationships with current and prospective Nordic project-based consultants and oversee consultant hiring, placement and career development.
The Resume Specialist will prepare and edit candidate and consultant resumes as part of the sales proposal and client submission process. The Resume Specialist reports to the Vice President and works closely with the practice teams to ensure all resumes are accurate, up-to-date, and client-ready in a time-sensitive manner.
Key Responsibilities
The Resume Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Understanding the needs of the sales team and our clients and concisely creating resumes that convey Nordic’s approach to delivering best-in-class people, products, and services in a way that is understandable and engaging to healthcare organizations
- Creating resumes based on provided candidate or consultant personal resume and interview notes, including resume preparation, writing, editing, and updating as appropriate to display qualifications, past accomplishments, and experience in a clear and readable format
- Adhering to specific client and Nordic standards in the resume creation process and ensuring resume meets structural, technical, and quality requirements
- Managing Nordic’s resume library to house tools and templates for easy access and reuse
- Assisting in the development of resumes for proposals or RFPs to ensure consistency and adherence to resume requirements
Skills and Experience
- Must embody and demonstrate Nordic’s Maxims
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required
- 1-2 years of administrative support in a professional setting strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and meet strict deadlines
- Service-oriented mindset
- Able to balance urgent, short-term needs with strategic, long-term priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Able to work independently as well as within a team environment

- Position is located at our Philippines office or remote with appropriate IT capability
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
