Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and supporting the efficient execution of projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent time-management skills and a passion for optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and manage schedules for teams, projects, and resources.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Monitor schedule progress and proactively identify and resolve conflicts or delays.

Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to project timelines and milestones.

Support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving operational goals.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedules and related activities.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a scheduling coordinator, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
